Draft Arbitration (Scotland) Bill
Public Consultation Process

The draft of the Arbitration (Scotland) Bill is available from this web site and can be downloaded for review. As part of the public consultation process your views about the draft Bill are required so that it can be amended to include relevant commentary and presented to the Scottish Assembly for enactment.

Your views and comments are important. The draft Bill is exactly that, a draft. It is only after the considered opinions of members of the public and other interested parties have been provided that the Bill can be moved forward to legislation.

This page provides a form that can be completed and submitted to the Working Group who will take your views and include them in their report on the results of consultations when submitting the Draft Bill to the Scottish Assembly.

Please take the time to complete the form and submit it. If we are to have a new and updated source of Arbitration Law in Scotland it is important that all views and opinions are available about the draft Bill.

If you wish to make a written representation rather than submitting a form over the internet you are welcome to do so. Written comments can be sent to
